As General Manager of the Atterro Divisions of Pro Staff and Hunter Hamilton in Kansas City and Des Moines, Beth Aebersold is responsible for managing account development and service delivery, as well as promoting the value and services provided by our Talent and Associates.

Ms. Aebersold has led national award-winning teams at Pro Staff since 1996 and rejoined Pro Staff after pursuing an opportunity as a Corporate Recruitment Manager for a large health care provider. She heads up Pro Staff, renowned for administrative and light industrial staffing, and Hunter Hamilton, specializing in professional workforce management and finance and accounting staffing, in the Kansas City Metro Area and Des Moines, Iowa.

As Major Account Executive, Michelle Bruce is responsible for account development focused on Atterro’s Contingent Workforce smartSourcing, delivering customized solutions for businesses for the management of their contingent workforce during shifting business cycles, market fluctuations and regulation updates.

Ms. Bruce has been a successful Business Development Manager for Pro Staff since 2007, servicing large volume accounts throughout Texas. Prior to joining Atterro, Ms. Bruce has worked in sales management roles for over 15 years.

Jonah Cagley is responsible for Atterro’s growth initiatives, brand adoption, sales and marketing effectiveness, customer engagement and marketing functions throughout each of Atterro’s brands: Digital People, Hunter Hamilton, Pro Staff and Ware Technology Services.

Mr. Cagley brings over 15 years of marketing leadership and experience for a variety of domestic and international companies within the IT and consumer electronics, software, SaaS and marketing/advertising industries. In these roles, he was responsible guiding the strategy, development and execution of multichannel brand, creative, marketing, product marketing and e-commerce initiatives. Mr. Cagley is a graduate of the Southern Illinois University at Carbondale.

As Pro Staff’s General Manager of the Minnesota market, Jody Christiansen is responsible for managing account development and service delivery and promoting the value and services provided by Pro Staff’s Administrative and Light Industrial specialty to customers and talent.

Ms. Christiansen has been a member of the Pro Staff team for 16 years. She has served in a number of roles including Group Managing Director, Business Development Manager, and Onsite Recruiter. She has a proven track record as a top producer which has led to her success in developing winning teams.

Ms. Connors has a proven track record building and developing high-performance service delivery teams and specializes in multi-site installations.

For the last 16 years, Ms. Connors has held a series of senior management roles within the staffing industry. Her proficiency and experience in large-scale implementations, solution design, and service delivery create a value proposition to customers that includes improved profitability, productivity, and customer satisfaction.

Mr. Horton has been a leader in the staffing industry for more than 10 years, acting as an Area Manager and leading a national staffing firm in the South Texas region, as well as playing several roles for a global staffing provider, driving success in both operations and sales.

As Ware Technology Services’ General Manager, Kelly Magnuson is responsible for the daily operations and business development strategy for the Engineering and IT brand. In her role, she works closely with her team to understand clients’ technical needs and objectives. Additionally, by ensuring a strong network of technical experts and skilled professionals, Ware Technology Services is able to quickly identify the right solution and technical expertise needed to achieve the clients’ desired results.

Ms. Magnuson previously held Sales Management and Director positions with a Fortune 500 company, where she developed a sales organization responsible for understanding market segments and delivering a strategy to attract customers who would find value in the company’s product.

As Digital People’s General Manager, Susan Rylance is responsible for the account development, service delivery, and promoting the value and services provided by Digital People to customers and talent.

Ms. Rylance has been with Digital People for 12 years and has served various roles throughout the company. Additionally, she has served on the board of the Midwest Direct Marketing Association. Ms. Rylance brings previous management experience where she was a top leader in both sales and management. Her experience as a top sales leader has been instrumental in her developing successful teams.

Mr. Smith has been a member of the Pro Staff team since 2004. During his tenure, he has held positions including Talent Manager, Business Development Manager, Managing Director, Group Managing Director and Sales Director. His extensive experience in the staffing industry has contributed to the growth of the Pro Staff business and brand throughout Texas.

Jeff Winter is responsible for talent acquisition operational excellence and candidate experience. In his role, he works to ensure the recruitment process effectively delivers top talent for our customers through Atterro’s four brands: Digital People, Hunter Hamilton, Pro Staff and Ware Technology Services.

Mr. Winter brings over 10 years of talent acquisition experience involving recruitment methodology, process development, management, and performance analysis. He has held various talent acquisition leadership positions within multiple industries; including, Aerospace and Defense, Medical Device, Retail and Information Management. Mr. Winter emphasizes the ongoing application of technology to provide Atterro’s clients a measurable competitive advantage for acquiring talent. Mr. Winter is a graduate of North Dakota State University.
