Access Your Current Year W-2

Hunter Hamilton now uses ePayroll to provide access to online W-2s. To obtain your W-2 online, simply follow these instructions:
  1. Click on the ePayroll Login in the left-hand navigation menu.
  2. Log into your personal ePayroll account by entering:
    • Your Social Security Number
    • Your PIN (your PIN is your employee ID)
  3. Click the ‘W-2 Services’ icon.
  4. Click ‘Consent for Online Delivery’
  5. Follow the instructions to register for online access to your W-2.

If you register your consent for online delivery by 11:59pm on January 11, 2010 you will not receive a paper copy of your W-2 in the mail. Instead, you will receive an email notification when your W-2 is posted online. Follow the instructions in the email to access your online W-2.

If you consent for online delivery on or after 12:01am January 12, 2010 you will still receive a paper copy of your W-2 in the mail. You will also have access to your online W-2 beginning January 31, 2010. An email notification will not be sent.

To request a copy of your current W-2 over our automated phone line, please call The W2eXpress toll-free number at 1-877-325-9239. This service will be available for 2009 W-2s beginning January 31, 2010.

All mailed W-2s must be postmarked no later than January 31, 2010.

Access Your Prior Year W-2

If you wish to request a copy of your W-2 from a prior year, click ‘My Hunter Hamilton’ in the left-hand navigation menu, then click ‘Forms’. Select the form entitled ‘Request for Duplicate W-2 Prior Year Only (Tax Year 2008 and Earlier)’. Print and return the completed form to the address or fax number provided on the form. Once your request for a copy of your prior year W-2 has been received, a Hunter Hamilton representative will print and mail your W-2 to the address you provide.

If your computer is not connected to a printer, or if you prefer to use our automated phone line to obtain the ‘Request for Duplicate W-2’ form, call our Hunter Hamilton W-2 Assistance Line at 1-800-477-6216 and select option 3 for information and instructions.
